- We have separated the products for Small Business Solutions and Upper Market given the differentiated messaging and prioritized by those most central to our brand strategy and market opportunity.
Please use these guidelines to inform communications development, but note that they do not take the place of legal approval or review.

Acronyms
Acronymed terms should be spelled out on first mention with the acronym in parentheses. After first mention, the acronym can be used.
However, industry-standard terms in our space should always be acronymed — and can be spelled out in parentheses on first use if necessary.

Cases & Formatting
Aside from proper nouns, all content should be in sentence case (formatted with only the first letter of the sentence and proper nouns capitalized).
In general, title case should only be used for:
- Branded names (Comcast Business Mobile)
- Trademarked terms (ActiveCore®)
- Plan terms (Unlimited Data)
- Destinations within UI (My Account)
Always use one space in between sentences.
Offering Names
If an offering’s formal name includes the parent brand (Comcast Business), use the full name on first mention. Okay to reference without Comcast Business after the first mention.
Formatting Rules for Key Terms

| DDoS | Acronym as shown, with every letter but “o” uppercase. On first use, can spell out in parentheses (distributed denial of service). Use with “mitigation” at second use onward. |

| enterprise business | Large businesses (as opposed to small- and medium-sized businesses). All lowercase, never hyphenated. Can be shortened to “enterprises” when space requires. |
